Curb Appeal
Begin with the outside of your home, or your curb appeal. Look at the outside of your house from the view of a passerby. What do you notice first? What unique features seem to fade into the background? Understanding this helps us to choose what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and colorful greenery we'll need to tackle those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer envision themselves lounging in your living room, unwinding in your spa tub or inviting family and friends over for a dinner in your eat-in kitchen? We want your house to welcome buyers and give them a sense of contentment. I'll help you accomplish this by recommending changes that enhance the features of your home. I'll tell you get rid of pieces that give the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' drawings should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Ugly or busy spots make your home look smaller and buyers have a harder time seeing themselves living there.
I know exactly where a room's best features are and how to show them off. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers expect a property that draws them in with charm. Anything that could be unsightly should get moved out in order for your property to impress buyers at the open house.

Setting the Stage At your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention. To counteract darkness is important and we'll part the curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to show off your place. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing softly and ensure a delightful fragrance flows throughout your home. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your loveseat and bed. We want buyers to feel like your home is their future home. |
